Ocean-front homes: This type of real estate is the most luxurious and exclusive. This is prime real estate and found only in small residential pockets. The different types of canals, such as wide or narrow ones, offer different home locations. Many canals have good depth with private docks and ocean access as well as the capacity to accommodate anything from small boats to big yachts.
